Terms and Conditions for ROCO Co-Working Space
and Meeting Room Rentals

 

1. General Terms

 

1.1 Agreement: By using or booking LIVINGWAY co-working spaces or meeting rooms, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 Amendments: LIVINGWAY reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or posted on our website.

1.3 Eligibility: Users must be 18 years or older to book and use the facilities.

 

2. Co-Working Space Usage

 

2.1 Operating Hours

  • Hot Desk Membership - Day Pass: Available from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

  • Hot Desk Membership - Monthly Pass: Available from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
     

2.2 Membership Benefits

  • Day Pass: High-speed Wi-Fi, printer access (chargeable), free coffee & tea, communal kitchen, and bike storage.

  • Monthly Pass: Includes additional benefits such as gym and shower access, free printing, and monthly meeting room credits (pre-booking required).
     

2.3 Code of Conduct

  • Maintain a professional environment; loud or disruptive behaviour is not allowed.

  • Clean up after use, especially in communal areas like the kitchen.

  • Do not leave personal belongings unattended. LIVINGWAY is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
     

2.4 Cancellation Policy

  • Day Pass bookings are non-refundable.

  • Monthly Passes can be canceled with 30 days' notice. No refunds will be issued for partial months.
     

2.5 First-Time Arrival Policy

  • First-time arrivals must be taken on a tour/introduction from a member of staff. We must check your ID to verify your identity before granting access to the space.

 

3. Meeting Room Rentals

3.1 Operating Hours

  • Meeting rooms are available from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
     

3.2 Amenities Included

  • High-speed Wi-Fi, 85-inch Smart TV, whiteboard, tea, coffee, fully fitted kitchen, and level-access toilet.
     

3.3 Booking and Payments

  • Meeting rooms can be booked by the hour (£20/hour) or at a day rate (£125/day).

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
     

3.4 Cancellations and Refunds

  • Bookings canceled at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of the booking.

 

4. Liability

4.1 Damage to Property: Users are responsible for any damages caused to the property, furniture, or equipment during their booking.

4.2 Personal Injury: LIVINGWAY is not liable for any personal injuries sustained while using the facilities unless caused by LIVINGWAY's negligence.

4.3 Force Majeure: LIVINGWAY will not be held responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, power outages, or emergencies.

 

5. Booking Procedures and Policies

5.1 How to Book:

  • Book via the LIVINGWAY Aparthotel website, or by contacting the team directly.

  • Meeting room credits included in memberships must be booked in advance with the team.
     

5.2 Check-In and Access:

  • Co-working space users must check in with the team member upon arrival.

  • Meeting room users will be provided with access instructions upon confirmation of booking.

 

6. Prohibited Activities

6.1 Activities such as smoking, illegal behaviour, or any actions that disturb other users are strictly prohibited.

6.2 External catering is not permitted without prior approval from LIVINGWAY management.

6.3 The indoor area is strictly non-smoking. Those who do not follow this rule will have their membership canceled with no refund.

 

7. Privacy Policy

7.1 User data collected during the booking process will be stored securely and used solely for administrative and marketing purposes. LIVINGWAY adheres to GDPR regulations.
